I came to painting later in life, with no formal art training and no lifelong creative background — just a strong desire to see if I could learn.
That journey taught me something important: creativity isn’t reserved for the “naturally artistic.” It’s something that grows with encouragement, curiosity, and the right guidance.
Today, I’m a full-time mixed media artist known for my layered floral artworks, workshops, and signature Petals & Prints™ Method.
I’ve taught students in workshops across Australia and through Petals & Prints™ with students from around the world — always with the same warm, practical, encouraging teaching style.
My focus is helping you move past overwhelm, enjoy the creative process, and create artwork you feel genuinely proud of.

YES — this course was designed with beginners in mind. You don’t need formal art training or prior collage experience. I guide you step by step through the full process in a warm, practical, easy-to-follow way.

What materials do I need?
You’ll need some basic art materials including a Gelli plate, brayer, acrylic paints, paper, glue, and a few simple tools. A full materials list is provided inside the course so you can gather what you need before you begin.

Do I need to know how to draw?
Not at all. Petals & Prints™ focuses on creating layered floral artwork using Gelli printing, collage, composition, and creative techniques — not traditional drawing skills.
